10.3 Trading Rules: Funding Your Trades encourages trading freedom, allowing traders to operate in their preferred style using Expert Advisors, holding positions during news, over weekends, and leveraging according to their preferences.
However, certain trading activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the fairness and integrity of our platform; (as stated below, but are not limited to those)
- Gap trading
- High-frequency trading
- Server spamming
- Arbitrage
- Toxic trading flow
- Tick scalping
- Server execution
- Hedging Between accounts
- Strategies promoted by third parties or vendors or those specifically designed for challenge accounts.
- Changing strategies after assessment at Funding Your Trades’ discretion.
- Gambling; yoloing on a single trade or position
- Copy trading or account management by a third-party vendor, etc.
11. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 No Guarantees: Funding Your Trades does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Users acknowledge that the service is provided ‘as is,’ and the company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred.
