10.3 Trading Rules: Funding Your Trades encourages trading freedom, allowing traders to operate in their preferred style holding positions during news, over weekends, and leveraging according to their preferences.
However, Funding Your Trades strictly prohibits any trading activity deemed unethical, exploitative, or non-replicable under genuine live market conditions. Engaging in such practices may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of profits, and disqualification from current or future programs. Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to:
Gap trading
High-frequency trading (HFT) or similar latency-dependent methods
Server spamming or excessive order generation
Arbitrage in any form, including latency, price feed, or platform-based
Toxic trading flow designed to exploit liquidity providers
Tick scalping and other ultra-short-term strategies relying on execution speed anomalies
Server execution abuse or order manipulation
Hedging between accounts or across firms
Use of third-party or vendor-promoted strategies designed specifically to pass evaluation challenges
Strategy switching after assessment, at the discretion of Funding Your Trades
Gambling behavior, including disproportionate risk on a single trade or position
Copy trading or account management by a third party without prior written consent
Quote stuffing or order placement without execution intent
Exploiting price feed delays, off-market quotes, or data discrepancies
Trading during system outages, downtime, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage
Layering or spoofing to manipulate market appearance
Coordinated trading activity between multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes
Excessive margin use without defined risk parameters
News spike scalping within milliseconds of releases
Insider trading or use of non-public market-sensitive information
Reliance on guaranteed fills, zero slippage, or execution conditions not possible in live markets
Any unethical trading practice, or any strategy clearly not replicable in legitimate live or real account conditions.
11.1 No Guarantees: Funding Your Trades does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Users acknowledge that the service is provided ‘as is,’ and the company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred.
11.2 Service Suspension: Funding Your Trades reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend services without notice. The company shall not be liable for any resulting damages or inconveniences.
11.3 Funding Your Trades is Pvt. Limited Company owned and operated by Mogulshub Private Ltd. located at Durg, Machandur, Chhattisgarh, IN.
11.4 FundingYourTrades is not a broker and does not provide brokerage services or live trading accounts.
12.1 User Responsibilities: Users agree to indemnify and hold Funding Your Trades and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claims or demands arising from a breach of these Terms of Service.
13.1 Severability Clause: If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.1 Termination by Users: Users have the right to terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying Funding Your Trades. Termination by the company may occur if users violate the terms outlined herein.
15.1 Impact of Disputes: Disputes involving payment adversely impact the company’s financial standing. Accounts involved in disputes will be banned, and no further accounts will be entertained.
15.2 Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, users agree to engage in good faith discussions to reach an amicable resolution before resorting to legal action.
16.1 Protection of Information: Users agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained through the use of Funding Your Trades’ services to third parties.
17.1 Pricing Changes: Funding Your Trades reserves the right to change pricing for its products or services at any time without notice.
