At Funding Your Trades, we offer a 24-hour refund window to help new traders get started with confidence.
Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, subject to review and eligibility.

All refund requests are reviewed by our team based on fair-use criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.

❌ Refunds Will Be Declined If:

Refunds will not be approved in cases including, but not limited to:
• Aggressive or reckless trading, such as:
• Over-leveraging
• Large lot sizes immediately after account activation
• High-risk or “all-in” style trades
• Attempts to pass or fail the challenge in 1–2 trades.
• Blowing or heavily damaging the account within hours of purchase.
• Trading behavior that clearly indicates gambling, greed, or abuse, rather than testing.
• Claims based on “I expected MT5”:
• FYT clearly states the platform used is Platform 5, not MetaTrader 5.
• Test/demo access is available before purchase.
• During checkout, users confirm they have reviewed the platform and agreed to the Terms & Fair Use Policy.
• Platform misunderstanding is not a valid reason for refund.
• Any attempt to misuse the refund policy or submit misleading information.

• FYT reserves the right to decline refunds if misuse or abuse is identified.
• Approved refunds may be subject to processing or payment gateway fees.
• FYT’s decision on refund eligibility is final.
