Payment settlement is subject to Paysagiโs Terms of Use, available at https://paysagi.com/terms-of-use/, which are presented to customers during the payment process.

However, Funding Your Trades strictly prohibits any trading activity deemed unethical, exploitative, or non-replicable under genuine live market conditions. Engaging in such practices may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of profits, and disqualification from current or future programs. Quote stuffing or order placement without execution intent

Exploiting price feed delays, off-market quotes, or data discrepancies

Trading during system outages, downtime, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage

Layering or spoofing to manipulate market appearance

Coordinated trading activity between multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes

Excessive margin use without defined risk parameters

News spike scalping within milliseconds of releases

Insider trading or use of non-public market-sensitive information

Any unethical trading practice, or any strategy clearly not replicable in legitimate live or real account conditions.
